I was then told at my appraisal that I was rubbish at my job and always had been and everyone knew

I work for a government department. Whilst pregnant with my youngest son I had symphis pupils dysfunction and was told they couldn’t make reasonable adjustments so should start mat leave. I refused as wanted more time with my baby. Anyway, following the birth I ended up with post natal depression and was in therapy for a while. When I returned to work all social and team events were arranged when I couldn’t attend. I complained and moved teams. I was then told at my appraisal that I was rubbish at my job and always had been and everyone knew, I was made to feel worthless. Facilitated move to another part of the department but systemic bullying continues. It’s a disgrace.
