If I didn’t take this role I would be made redundant and would receive nothing as I would be leaving voluntarily after being offered a position

I have worked in a solicitors office for 12 years 6 years full time hours then after my 1st baby I started working part time 3 days a week. Just A week before I was due to return to work after 9 months of maternity leave with my 3rd baby I was called in for my back to work interview. During this interview I was told my job position was no longer needed or available so they offered me a role in a different but similar department in the company on the same wage and same hours but the new position is a more junior role I would be working alongside a school leaver who had worked there just 6 months she would be the one who would train me for the role. If I didn’t take this role I would be made redundant and would receive nothing as I would be leaving voluntarily after being offered a position. I wasn’t happy that I was being forced to take a step down the ladder or have no job at all. I’ve been back for 4 weeks now and the new work is easy extremely repetitive and boring. This week I was pulled into my previous managers office a lady from my old team was leaving they told me I could take this position and be back in the team I have always been in doing my original job but only if I work full time. This isnt possible so i guess I’m stuck were I am for the near future and the job position on my old team will be filled by someone new who will need to be trained despite me being fully qualified for that position already, working in a lower down position on a different team…
