I proceeded with taking them to tribunal and I had a year of fighting them

My boss tried to force me out of my high level finance position when pregnant by being very nasty and bullying me. Two months into my maternity leave when I contacted them to discuss KIT days and phasing my return to work at 6 months, suddenly my role was no longer required and I was made redundant. I proceeded with taking them to tribunal and I had a year of fighting them and them threatening me with court orders for fees and anything else they could throw at me trying to get me to stop. Finally we settled out of court. My baby is nearly two and I am still struggling to find an opportunity because I am going up against men not requiring flexible working, working from home etc so unless I am willing to commit to a full time position in an office and do extra hours I won’t be able to get back into my field. I don’t believe you can have it all in the field of finance due to a lack of flexibility in this field.
