I received a text message thanking me for my service and advising me my replacement would be starting on Monday.

I began working for a particular company on the 6th August 2015 after ending my self-employment.
The interview was for a cleaning position but on accepting the job I was informed the two jobs they had advertised they had now combined in to one. A role of cleaner and kitchen portering from 6am until 3pm, this was a busy establishment and breaks couldn’t be taken.
On discovering my pregnancy I thought it best to be upfront and honest even though the time frame is currently 16 wks. I was then taken sick with a viral illness which lasted 2 weeks but we were in talks about a job share, reducing my hours or just a cleaning role.
This Saturday I received a text message thanking me for my service and advising me my replacement would be starting on Monday.
What happened to my job share? Reduced hours? Or other lighter role?…
The gov.uk website specifies if these can’t be catered to they have to offer a suspended period on full pay!? Where is this? We have no rights and I’m lucky if I can find a replacement job now as I am 17 weeks pregnant now. I have other children and my husband isn’t a UK citizen so I’m not entitled to JSA or other benefits, not that I want them but the terms of his visa are that we are self sufficient. Wish I had just remained self-employed but I was seeking security and consistency for my family.
