I was made redundant

Soon after I returned to work from maternity leave the company decided to go through a restructure process. One role would be lost in the qualified staff and at least five from the non qualified staff. I fell into the qualified group and despite having been in the company the longest and be able to do all of the other four roles, I was made redundant. And then they decided that no one in the
non qualified posts needed to be made redundant. They then only offered to cover minimum legal costs (£250) and despite a mistake they made in their paperwork, they refused to pay the extra legal costs created because of this.
