Where to start… My manager shared my pregnancy news with my team without my consent while I was off work sick. Four weeks into maternity leave my manager text me asking me to come into work for a ‘return to work interview’ for a period of sickness that occurred months before maternity leave started. A reorganisation took place while I was on maternity and I was not informed. I contacted my manager 8 weeks before I was due to return only to be told by text, I’m no longer in the team. I was the only person to change team out of the reorganisation. I wasn’t notified about any job vacancies whilst on maternity leave. Then, my flexible working requests were denied. No policy or procedures followed.
