I’ve just been made redundant 3 weeks after returning from maternity leave

I’ve just been made redundant 3 weeks after returning from maternity leave. This follows an attempt to dismiss me last year using my sickness record as part of the evidence due to time off I had for a previous miscarriage. I was pregnant again at the time and as the process was managed so badly, when I raised a grievance my dismissal was retracted and I was reinstated. I said to my husband at the time all would be fine while I was pregnant but they would probably try again once I returned from maternity leave, saying they had managed with one less secretary and therefore didn’t need the extra person any more and I was right. Unfortunately they followed correct process this time, I was selected to leave and and I don’t have a leg to stand on in terms of claiming maternity discrimination as all evidence points to it being a fair selection process.
