My career was over, my trajectory disappeared and male colleagues use to call me Sarah Beany because apparently I was always pregnant

Ten years ago I worked for a University, I was the Head of a new course. I also worked with a good friend who was on a part-time contract. We had recently had a new head of department who didn’t like either of us and had a reputation for bullying. We had both submitted grievances against the head, I had a miscarriage within hours of the Head of department accusing me of being unprofessional in front of my students (she was pushing me with her hand) I went off with stress. I fell pregnant again then went onto maternity leave. When I returned I discovered that my part-time colleague/friend had been made full time and senior to me she was now a Principle Lecturer and had my office and was course leader! I was offered the basic teaching roles that she no longer wanted to do which was working with the first years. My career was over, my trajectory disappeared and male colleagues use to call me Sarah Beany because apparently I was always pregnant. I had one child at the time then two years later my career was over and I luckily fell pregnant again, and that was that, I complained but you try and challenge an organisation that doesn’t want to be challenged (that’s all of them). I was made redundant two years ago. I should point out that I had worked for this University for 17 yrs prior to becoming pregnant.
