Now I am stuck with no one to have my baby and I cannot afford to leave my job

I work in supported living and when I found out I was pregnant my company said they would fully support me but it was the total opposite. I was part of a team for one individual but due to his complex needs I was moved to work with another service user. However having previously worked with this person I knew he was violent and had said I wasn’t prepared to work with them. After seeking legal advice I was finally put on suspended paid leave until my maternity leave started. I am due back to work next week and already have been told there is no space in the staff teams for me and I would be put in as the spare to fill my hours. I also explained to them my childcare would mean I could only work evenings and weekends having dropped my hours to part time as it is. They have now told me they can only offer me mornings. So now I am stuck with no one to have my baby and I cannot afford to leave my job. Since becoming pregnant I’ve had nothing but problems with the company and also bullying from other members of the staff teams.
