I work as a doctor, and was with my employer for nearly 6m before I told them I was newly pregnant. Up until then my colleagues were happy with me. Within a few weeks they had started to pick on everything I did and say I had a bad attitude towards staff, having previously told me that staff really like me. They are insisting on monthly performance reviews which is a stress I don’t need right now.
