The advisers on this helpline are qualified to offer you advice on employment rights, from flexible working requests, navigating redundancy to your rights if pregnant at work. In certain circumstances, they may need to refer you to the legal advice line so that an employment solicitor can advise you. We are currently unable to respond to emailed requests for advice although this service will be launching in the next few months, in the meantime please always call the helpline if you need support. If you can’t get through, leave a message and someone will call you back within 24 hours. Please check our opening times before calling the helpline.

Tribunal Mentoring Programme
If you are about to take your employer to tribunal or you’ve already started the process, then you’ll know how daunting it can feel. Our Tribunal Mentoring Programme pairs women going through the tribunal process with those who have already done it and come out the other side. It provides peer-to-peer support, and you’ll benefit from the experience of someone who has been in your shoes.
