Before joining Pregnant Then Screwed, Carole was a TV reporter and broadcast journalist in Scotland and London for over 15 years. Most recently, she worked for the John Smith Centre at the University of Glasgow, overseeing their research, events and comms. Carole has two young children and after experiencing discrimination first-hand, is passionate about ending the motherhood penalty.
