Originally a solicitor, Charlotte moved into the non-profit sector in 2012 and specialises in income generation and strategic partnership development for legal and social justice causes. She’s a passionate feminist and a Pregnant Then Screwed super-fan – before joining the team, she gratefully used its fantastic services to navigate her own challenges in the workplace after becoming a parent. In addition to moonlighting as a painter (of canvases, not houses), Charlotte spends most of her spare time trying to live up to the parenting modelled in Bluey.
