Faeeza is a dynamic third sector leader with solid expertise in organisational development, advocacy, campaigning, and systems change on social justice issues. Faeeza brings a unique blend of strategic vision and practical experience, and is deeply committed to creating inclusive, and equitable spaces informed by lived experiences and diverse identities.

As well as this role, Faeeza also runs her own consultancy ‘Inside Out Leaders’, supporting organisations through training, facilitation, and organisational development. Faeeza currently holds board positions with The Smallwood Trust, The Muslim Women’s Network UK, and serves as a governor at Queen Mary’s Grammar School.
