Franziska has a Masters in Anthropology and has worked various administrative roles in the higher education sector over the last 15 years as well as being a Union Rep. Since becoming a parent she has experienced the disadvantages and difficulties for mothers first hand and grew even more passionate about improving life and working conditions for parents and parents-to-be. Having followed PTS for a long time, Franziska is super excited to now be able to help fight the cause from the frontlines. In her spare time she can mostly be found chasing her family along the Scottish coast.
