Roxi Rustem
Roxi (she/her) has worked in the charity sector, leading social connection and inclusion programmes and operations for over ten years. Prior to joining the third sector, she was a graphic designer and retail buyer, developing product ranges for large brands and independent stores before opening her own shop in east London.
Roxi is passionate about developing inclusive, equitable and impactful support services, that are guided and shaped by lived experience and intersecting identities. Roxi is also a parent through adoption and cares deeply about improving support for adoptees, adoptive families and care experienced young people.
When not working, Roxi likes impromptu dance breaks with her family, knitting as a form of therapy and fast fashion resistance, and trying to keep up with her son’s special interests. The latter is impossible.
