Our volunteers are all trained HR professionals who care deeply about tackling pregnant, maternity and parental discrimination in the workplace. You can expect an empathetic ear and well informed advice. If the volunteer is unable to answer your questions, they may refer you to our legal partners or signpost you to another organisation that may be able to help.

Demand for our Advice Line service is very high at the moment, so we kindly ask that you check our online advice resources before calling. Please note that we receive a very high volume of calls and have between 1-3 volunteers available at any one time, so you may be placed on hold for up to half an hour.
