To be accredited, your staff team will need to engage in training which consists of:
- Six webinars:
- Pregnancy at work
- Fertility treatment at work
- Pregnancy loss at work
- Implementing flexible working
- Hybrid working
- Eliminating bias towards those who are pregnant or experiencing reproductive health issues at work
- 10 downloadable PDF’s for employers to give guidance on how to better support women in the workplace will also be available. All downloadable documents will include details on the legal responsibilities of an employer.
By completing the accreditation you will receive:
- A PTS accreditation badge and wording for their website/socials
- Mentions on the PTS website as having taking part in this trial accreditation scheme
- Employer newsletter sent quarterly for 1 year
- Virtual Q&A sessions to troubleshoot and ask questions
- Opportunity to attend live event in Leeds (in 2024) to hear more about issues related to this work
The accreditation will last for 1 year.
