Your business will get access to incredible training and professional resources that will equip you to be an outstanding employer to those who could be in their darkest hour, without costing you a penny. To be accredited, your management team will need to engage in training which consists of:

Six webinars:

Eliminating bias towards those who are pregnant or experiencing reproductive health issues at work

Please note, transcripts are available for all webinars

10 downloadable PDF’s for employers to give guidance on how to better support women in the workplace will also be available. All downloadable documents will include details on the legal responsibilities of an employer.

Feedback from the first accreditation participants:

Sam (Astute) “The training videos have opened up important conversations with our line managers and encouraged them to think about how they approach pre, present and post pregnancy, pregnancy loss and family experiences with their teams. The additional resources are helpful in providing advice which can be referred back to after the initial training has been completed.”

Becca Rawlings, Total Media “[The most beneficial part of the training was] practical insights on language, boundaries, management, flexibility etc. Advice on policy and procedure but more importantly lived experience and how we can approach each individual case.”

Emily Sivey, Bippit “As someone who has not experienced reproductive health, my overall knowledge and understanding was limited, but this has really helped me learn more, and understand and create more resources for our team to find support too! The training has been helpful in bringing the conversation to the table. We have good policies in place but this training brought the conversation to the forefront to allow for refresher training and understanding. It also opened conversations up for those who were triggered by the thought of the training, something which they may not have felt comfortable to talk about if not presented with it. ”
