Sophie has spent her career in management roles for national charities and local government. After experiencing the trauma of pregnancy discrimination when pregnant with her first child, Sophie is incredibly passionate about working to end the motherhood penalty. When not home educating her daughter or running after her two little boys, Sophie loves to learn ways to support her loved ones and her community. She is qualified in Reiki, Rahanni, Crystal Healing, Hypnobirthing and is a UNICEF breastfeeding supporter and a Mental Health First Aider
