I am a primary school teacher. After telling my head that I am expecting a baby, her behaviour towards me has changed. She reacts negatively to everything I say and do and generally is being quite unpleasant. Recently other colleagues have gone on maternity leave but they are part of a ‘friends of the senior leadership team’ so are deemed allowed to be pregnant whereas I was someone they didn’t expect to have another child.
