For the last 7 years, Pregnant Then Screwed has been the voice of working parents in the UK. We have supported working parents with free advice and mentoring when things have gone wrong and we have documented their stories of discrimination. Through this work we have developed a deep understanding of what employers must do if they are to make their workplace work for pregnant women, mothers and fathers. Working alongside various industry experts we have crafted a series of workshops and courses which will trigger a culture shift within your organisation. Our track record of working with employers has shown it will increase staff retention, improve staff wellbeing and productivity, it will have a positive impact on your organisation’s reputation, and ultimately it will have a positive impact on your bottom line.
