One month before I was due to return to work after Maternity Leave, my boss decided that I should no longer have the same responsibilities as before I went on leave. I challenged this to no avail so, with the help of a solicitor, submitted a grievance.
As a result, my boss removed the authorisation for temporary reduced hours (2 days before I returned to work), when I challenged this and went in on my first day, I was suspended.
I’m now going through the grievance ‘process’ knowing full well that they won’t uphold my grievance and that I will have to resign and go to tribunal.
