2022 is almost over and what a year it’s been!
We’re so proud of our incredible grassroots organisation that our amazing community are all part of. Just look at what we’ve achieved together this year…
and there’s so much more (full report coming next year!).
And of course our absolute highlight of our year was March of the Mummies! Seeing the massive sea of people overfill Parliament Square and cover every part of the streets that we could see had us overwhelmed with joy!
A massive, humongous thank you to everyone who has emailed their MP, attended our events, filled in our surveys, signed petitions, taken to the streets to protest with us, donated, and volunteered. YOU are changing the narrative for mothers in the UK.
A big thank you to The National Lottery Community Fund,Solace Women’s Aid, Lush, Arnold Clark Life, John Ellerman, Garfield Weston and Esme Fairbairn.
The team: Lauren Fabianski, Analiese Doctrove, Osha Daley, Taryn Robinson, Emily Broadbent, Celia Venables, Willow Bowen, Tom Northey, Claire McQuattie and our brilliant support services volunteers.
Trustees: Lauren Currie OBE, Kizzy Gardiner, Molly Rowan, Beth Hazon, Tom Higham, and Akeela Ahmed MBE.
Joeli’s back channel support: Sophie Walker and Stella Creasy
And good friends: Lexy Topping, Working Families UK, Sarah Ronan, Olga Fitzroy, Anna Whitehouse, Rosemary and Chloe Kirton, and the Trades Union Congress.
Special shout-out to the AMAZING and unstoppable Danielle Ayres! Without her we wouldn’t be able to support anyone with legal advice or exist… or even function for that matter 💘
There are so many more people to thank – you know who you are 🥰
