I was told an interview was a formality. It was home working and I already knew 3 people who worked there.

As soon as I mentioned I had a baby and was returning to work after mat leave (I was self employed previously) they ghosted me.

I kept chasing and eventually I was called by HR. They advised they didn’t do remote work and they didn’t know where I’d got that information from, despite all three women I knew on the team worked from home.
