Amy Roch
Amy Roch (she/her) is a consultant and policy expert with over 18 years of experience in the voluntary sector, specialising in gender-based violence and LGBTQ+ rights. As a CEO, senior leader, and consultant, she has worked across the UK to create and grow ground-breaking services that meet the needs of survivors of violence and abuse. In organisations including Galop (the national LGBT+ anti-abuse charity), Rape Crisis, Women’s Aid and LGBT Youth Scotland, she has used her expertise to create more diverse and inclusive services, while also using her platform to create meaningful and long-term change at a national policy level.
Amy lives in North Norfolk with her partner and son.
