Tamsin Watson
Tamsin Watson is a safeguarding leader with over 20 years’ experience in the third sector, including more than 15 years in governance roles. Her work focuses on developing services so they are safe, inclusive and responsive, particularly for people facing discrimination and structural barriers. She is deeply committed to challenging the systems and cultures that allow inequality to persist.

She also contributes safeguarding expertise across the sector as an advisor to Brook, The Diana Award and Fumble, supporting these organisations to improve governance and practice.
Tamsin lives with her two teenage children and a ‘small zoo’ of pets, and relaxes by painting or spending time by the sea.
